Observation

At the time of the visit, the licensor observed 7 children present but there are only 5 children signed in on the attendance records. The provider admitted that the parents forgot to sign in. At the time of the visit, the licensor requested copy of the staff attendance. The provider submitted copy of the staff attendance on the week of March 6, however the record does not have staff-to-child ratio, staff start and end times.
